Somatic Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapy that helps the brain process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences that may feel “stuck.” Using bilateral stimulation — such as eye movements or gentle tapping — while bringing awareness to a memory, EMDR supports the brain in reprocessing what happened. Over time, the emotional intensity of the memory can soften, allowing you to relate to the experience with greater calm, clarity, and resilience.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate therapy approach that understands the mind as made up of different “parts,” each with its own role — such as protectors, worriers, or critics. Through curiosity and gentle exploration, IFS helps you build a relationship with these parts while connecting with your core Self, the calm and grounded center within you. From this place, many people experience greater self-understanding, compassion, and a deeper sense of inner balance.

Trauma-Informed Yoga is a gentle, supportive approach to movement that helps people reconnect with their bodies after stress or trauma. Through mindful movement, breath, and choice-based invitations, the practice emphasizes safety, autonomy, and awareness of the nervous system. Over time, many people experience a greater sense of grounding, steadiness, and comfort being present in their bodies. No prior yoga experience is required, as this type of movement is accessible to all.
